Water Damage – Jacksonville Home

Water damage to this Arlington garage began with the water heater from the floor above the garage. The property owner saved further damage by quickly calling SERVPRO of Arlington. Due to the owner’s rapid actions, we were able to restore rather than replace the ceiling and drywall in the garage. We first cleaned up water in the garage and the utility room above the garage. Then we set up industrial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. The after picture shows one of the high-tech moisture detection meters we used to determine when the materials were dry and to document the process for the insurance company.
