Water Damage – Jacksonville Condominium
Water damage struck this Jacksonville condominium when a burst water line along with clogged up washing machine drain came together to create a standing water problem. The drywall became saturated and could not be salvaged. We would tear out the damaged drywall to get to the source of the water leak and facilitate repairs. The standing water would be suctioned from the floor and then drying would begin. The before photo shows commercial air movers in place to help with drying the affected areas. Dehumidification equipment would also be put to use to aid in the drying process. Once dry the drywall would be replaced and the area would be ready to use again.
